Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Despite all sorts of crises domestic and abroad, 2008 has been a great year for 4:Minute.Media. The Testimony:Africa book is right around the corner, we've just completed work for our FOURTH 30 Hour Famine Study Tour, and we're already gearing up for a full 2009. And last but not least, we welcomed the October 5th arrival of Margaret Claire Sheridan. We hope you finish this year strong and are hopeful for a great 2009!

World Vision's 30 Hour Famine is doing something about it. Funds raised by Famine participants help feed and care for children in poverty-afflicted countries around the globe. With this in mind, the 30HF team takes a select group of participants each year to a crisis zone to see how Famine funds are being used. No one comes back unchanged. Not even us.

This year it's Swaziland, the fourth time 4MM has gone along to document the trip. From our perspective, it's the best trip yet. But we're not surprised: the Famine and the Study Tour have become bastions in development awareness efforts in America and around the world. 4MM is priviledged to tag along.
